Our Model

At Baca, we follow the principles of Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs to guide our support ethos. Our holistic approach revolves around enhancing personal safety, physical well-being, educational and vocational engagement, and social engagement. We achieve this through culturally sensitive supported accommodation, therapeutic support, specialist education, and skills training, as well as promoting positive relationships through leisure and social activities. This approach fosters the growth and development of child refugees, empowering them to become successful, thriving adults by investing in hope, support, guidance, and challenge.
