Cover Volunteer - Residential

Voluntary

All Baca properties have residential volunteers who live in our houses alongside the young people we support.  To allow these residential volunteers the opportunity to have a break from this role and to have time away from the houses, Baca needs a bank of relief cover volunteers who we can call on to stay in the houses for one or several nights, depending on need and your availability. This role serves a vital function in supporting our holistic care of our young people. It provides an opportunity to build healthy friendships with young people from various different cultures, languages and backgrounds. Full training and induction is given and a full DBS check will be completed.
