Rebuild – What is our model?

Our rebuild Programme comprises three distinct yet related parts; each is essential to our programme delivery and this relationship is represented by the following model:

Each young person in our care is represented by the central grey circle and is thus intentionally understood to be the focus of our activity. Those in our care are therefore exposed to three service streams namely Rebuild Services, Rebuild Support and Rebuild Futures and details of these respective areas are located against the adjacent tabs.
