Booking Procedure
Please be aware that the Passage roadshow is currently unavailable. If you would like any further information please contact the Baca Project directly via their online contact form.

The Passage roadshow is available to come to your school now!
Booking Passage is straight-forward. Use our online contact form to make contact and either John or Andrew will reply to you within a couple of days to discuss how Passage could fit into your school program.
Do I have to book the complete roadshow?
The best feedback from staff and students is always after the complete roadshow has been delivered, and as such we would strongly recommend using this model. Each day-long event is designed to work with up to fifty students and we typically work with school years 7, 8 and 9.
However, we have also delivered some smaller one-off assemblies and more academic (GCSE and A-level) teaching sessions which we will discuss on an event by event basis.
What does the school need to supply?
The roadshow comes with all the staff, equipment, handouts and resources needed for the day. Therefore, we don’t require much from the school other than a large hall for the main sessions and experience to take place in plus an additional IT suite and art room for the afternoon workshops.
Although the Passage team run the entire day we would expect some school staff to be present to help facilitate group discussions and take care of any in house issues such as registration, organizing workshop groups and so on.
When and where is the roadshow available?
Passage is available every Friday, and we are now taking bookings for the rest of the 2010-11 academic year and also for 2011-12. The team are based in Loughborough so bookings are generally restricted to Leicestershire and the Midlands, but please feel free to get in touch if you’re based further away to discuss whether arrangements can be made.
