Our Work

The Baca Project works in four areas...

• Befriending - Simply getting to know forced migrants and welcoming them into Loughborough and involving them in social activities.
• Awareness - A team will form to go into schools/colleges/agencies to facilitate understanding about forced migrants, their stories and their experiences.
• Centre Drop In - Developing a focal point where forced migrants who are coming to report can meet and have a meal.
• Accommodation - Unaccompanied Minors are given a safe and community based living space in Loughborough.
